Good article "5 Gadgets You Can't Skimp On (And How to Save Money Buying Them)" on Gizmodo. I got my Shure E2c earphone for 40. I guess I am on the right track. They also mention why u should spend the money on video card instead of CPU when comes to laptop upgrade. The laptop memory part is what I did too, buy the cheapest memory from the manufacturer, then upgrade yourself. Man, this guy is a genius!!!
