Group meeting at work yesterday. Boss bought a few box of kolache from Kolache Factory. Then a client bought some kolache from Shipley Donuts. After eating kolache all day, from breakfast to dinner, about 8 kolaches for the day, I come up with the following kolache test:
Comparison:
- Shipley Donuts: Their kolache is like regular sasuage wrap in regular hot dog bun with chesse, sasuage fell out (not completely wrapped inside the bun), taste like dry hot dog with no ketchup. Sasuage too dry.
- Kolache Factory: jalapeno ones are good. Regular one is just kick ass.
Conclusion: Get kolaches from THE factory, not from someone that only knows how to make donuts
